How to Enroll

Online Enrollment
  • Visit the language class page on our website.
  • Select your preferred class and click ENROLL NOW.
  • Complete your payment securely through Active.com.
Enrollment by Phone
  • Call SJLC at (408) 694-7458.
  • Please have your class details and payment information ready when you call.

Class Cancellations

If SJLC cancels a class for any reason, students may either transfer to another available class or receive a full refund.

Refunds & Postponements

Refunds or postponement requests follow the timelines below:

  • Full refund: Requests made at least one week before the first day of class.
  • $50 fee: Requests made within one week of the first day of class.
  • No refund: Requests made on or after the first day of class.

PRIME classes only:

  • Full refund: If cancellation or postponement is requested before the first day of class, or within 48 hours after the first day.
  • No refund: If the request is made more than 48 hours after the first day of class.
